Almond Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 flounder fillets or other fish fillets (about 1 lb.)
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. saltine cracker crumbs
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    2 Tbsp. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in\ta

    dish.
    Spread
    mayonnaise\tover
    fish. Combine cracker crumbs, 3
    tablespoons butter or margarine and almonds. Sprinkle over fish.
    Bake at

    15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
