Hunter'S Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 lb. beef stew meat
    1 stick margarine
    8 potatoes
    12 carrots
    8 celery stalks
    2 onions
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. Minute rice
    1 lb. frozen corn
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a 14-inch Dutch oven.
    Brown meat and season to
    taste.
    Cut
    vegetables into bite-sized pieces and add to meat.
    Add 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, rice, corn and mushrooms.
    Add the other 2 cans of soup
    and enough water to fill Dutch oven.
    Cook for 1 1/2 hours with
    12 coals
    on
    top
    and
    14
    coals
    on the bottom. Replenish coals if necessary.
