Texas Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped dates
1 lb. honey-dipped dried pineapple
3 1/2 c. walnuts
3 1/2 c. pecans
2 c. shredded coconut
1 c. honey
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. Fondement or a cream made from liquefying 2/3 c. raw cashews with 2/3 c. water
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in bowl.
Pack into individual loaf or Bundt pans.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before removing from pans.
