Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 chopped onion
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix and make into small balls.
    Roll in crushed cracker crumbs.
    Brown in 3 tablespoons shortening.
    Place in baking dish.
    Put 1 can mushroom soup and 3/4 cup water (mixed together) over meatballs and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
