Kahlua Or Liquor Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, separated
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. light brown sugar, packed
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. strong, cold coffee
    3/4 c. liquor
Preparation
    Beat egg whites with granulated sugar until stiff peaks form. Cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
    Beat in yolks one at a time.
    Sift dry ingredients; add alternately with coffee and Kahlua.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Pour into two greased and floured 9-inch cake pans.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
