Bombocado-Brazilian Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat sugar and eggs in the blender.
    Add remaining ingredients and beat again.
    Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch greased and floured baking pan.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Insert knife in center to test for doneness.
