Sue'S Special Fudge For Wayne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 tall can evaporated milk (Milnot)
    4 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    32 large marshmallows (320 small)
    2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    12 oz. sweet milk chocolate
    1 1/4 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine margarine, milk and sugar.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring often.
    Boil 5 minutes (rolling boil). Remove from heat.
    Add marshmallows and vanilla.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add unsweetened chocolate, chocolate chips and sweet chocolate.
    Stir until all are melted.
    Add nuts; stir well.
    (May add 7 ounces flaked coconut if desired.)
    Pour onto lightly buttered 15 x 10 x 1-inch cookie sheet.
    Makes 5 pounds.
