Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 c. water
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 can Mexican beans
    2 Tbsp. diced pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. oregano
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Combine first two ingredients in a large saucepan.
    Brown and drain off fat.
    Add next ingredients and stir until blended. Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours.
    Stir occasionally.
    Remove bay leaf.
    Serve with crackers.
