Graham Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 graham crackers
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. nut meats
    3 egg yolks
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 egg whites
    1/2 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Crush the graham crackers.
    Beat egg yolks; add 1/2 cup sugar, vanilla and nuts. Add to crumbs.
    Beat egg whites; add salt and 1/2 cup sugar. Fold into yolk mixture.
    Butter a pie plate well.
    Pour in batter. Cook at 325\u00b0 until golden.
    Do not overcook.
