Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    1 c. 3-minute oats
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Pour water over oats and oil. Set aside for 20 minutes. Beat eggs, then add sugar and vanilla and continue beating. Sift dry ingredients. Blend with oats into mixture. Pour batter into two 8-inch greased and floured cake pans or an oblong cake pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
