Dilled Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pink salmon (with bones and black skin removed)
    1 large dill pickle, chopped
    1 tsp. dill weed or seed
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 clove garlic (or 1 tsp. garlic powder)
    1 Tbsp. dry onion flakes
    1 beaten egg or 2 egg whites
    soft bread crumbs (enough to absorb liquid)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together; bake in loaf pan (sprayed with Pam) for 35 to 45 minutes at 325\u00b0 (or until done and still a little moist).
    Leftovers make good sandwiches.
