Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced zucchini
    2 c. peeled tomatoes or 1 can tomatoes, cut up
    2 ribs celery, chopped
    1 large onion
    1 egg
    small amount cracker crumbs
    butter
    garlic salt
    sage
    nutmeg
    salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook the vegetables for 15 minutes.
    Strain, then add the remaining ingredients.
    Pour into casserole and place pieces of cheese throughout.
    Add paprika to top and bake for 20 minutes. Delicious.
