Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) cans all green asparagus tips
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen French fried onions
    2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Drain asparagus, reserving liquid.
    Layer asparagus in a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Place French fried onions over asparagus mixture.
    Mix sour cream, mushroom soup and juice saved from asparagus.
    Pour over French fried onions.
    Sprinkle shredded cheese over this and heat in a 350\u00b0 oven until mixture is just bubbly and cheese melts.
    Serve at once.
    Yield:
    8 to 10 servings.
