Jam Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 (10 oz.) strawberry jam
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Blend in jam, eggs and vanilla. Add flour, salt, soda and seasonings alternately with buttermilk. Mix well after each addition. If desired, fold in 1 cup flaked coconut.
    Pour into greased Bundt pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
    Cool thoroughly and glaze with Brown Sugar Glaze.
