Asparagus And Crab Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deep crust 9-inch precooked pie crust
    20 asparagus tips, cooked 4 minutes
    1/2 lb. snow crab meat
    2 c. milk, scalded
    3 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. chopped chives
Preparation
    Place the asparagus tips on the bottom of the pie crust and cover with the shredded crab meat.
    Beat eggs, milk and seasonings together and pour mixture over the crab and asparagus.
    Place pie on baking sheet and cook for about 30 minutes until the top is brown. Serve lukewarm.
