Diabetic Pineapple Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sugar substitute equal to 1 c. sugar
    2 cans evaporated milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 can crushed pineapple, packed in its own juice (no sugar added)
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together with whole milk, pour in mixer can and fill to the fill line with whole milk.
    Freeze.
