Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Velveeta (with chilies)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. chopped onion
3 c. chopped, cooked chicken
flour tortillas
Preparation

Melt cheese. Add soup, sour cream and onion.
Mix well.
Pour a small amount of cheese mixture into chicken (enough to moisten chicken).
Place a spoonful of chicken on a flour tortilla.
Roll up and place in an ovenproof baking dish, seam side down.
Pour remaining cheese mixture over tortillas.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until cheese is bubbly. Top with more chopped onion and sour cream.
