Minute Fudge Frosting(Heart Association) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. evaporated skim milk
1/4 c. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except vanilla. Bring to a boil and simmer one minute.
Remove from heat, add vanilla and beat until thick enough to spread.
Use on Black Devil's Food Cake.
