Beefy Peach Harvest - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 lb. sirloin or flank steak, cut into strips
    1 c. green pepper, sliced
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
    1 1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. dry Minute rice
Preparation
    Saute almonds in oil until slightly browned.
    Add beef, peppers and onion.
    Saute until beef is browned.
    Add peaches, water, soy sauce and seasonings; bring to a boil.
    Stir in rice, cover and remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Fluff with fork.
    Makes 4 servings.
