Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. bran flakes (Raisin Bran)
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. salad oil (canola)
Preparation
    Place 3 cups Raisin Bran in Kitchen Aid mixer.
    Blend.
    Mix next 4 ingredients in a separate bowl.
    Sift dry ingredients into Bran flakes.
    Turn mixer on to blend dry ingredients.
    Mix 1 egg, buttermilk and oil in Tupperware blender/shaker.
    Shake well.
    Add to dry ingredients.
    Blend only until moist.
    Add 1/2 to 3/4 cup raisins.
    Pour into 12 muffin cups.
    Fill to the top.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
    Cool 5 to 10 minutes.
