Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. salad oil
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs
2 c. grated carrots
1 (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained well
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon together.
Add sugar, salad oil and eggs.
Mix well.
Add carrots, pineapple and nuts.
Blend thoroughly.
Pour in 13 x 9-inch pan that has been greased and floured.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes or longer.
