Baking Powder Biscuits(Diabetic Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. margarine
    3/4 c. skim milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Cut margarine in with a blending fork or dough blender until fat is the size of small peas.
    Add milk all at once; stir until dough is all mixed and forms a ball.
    Roll out on a lightly floured board to a thickness of about 1/4-inch.
    Cut with a 2 1/2-inch round cutter.
    If thicker biscuits are desired, roll out to a thickness of 1/2-inch and cut with a 2-inch cutter.
    Place 1 inch apart on a baking sheet.
    Bake for 12 to 14 minutes.
