Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground round
salt and pepper
1 onion, sauteed
2 eggs
1 c. cracker crumbs (or bread)
2 cans mushroom soup
1 can water
2 bouillon cubes
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 can whole mushrooms
1 c. rice or noodles
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients together, make into little balls.
Heat mushroom soup, bouillon cubes and water, bring to a boil, add meatballs.
Cook for 45 minutes, stir occasionally.
Add whipped sour cream, pour over cooked rice or noodles.
