Deluxe Au Jus - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp. instant beef bouillon
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke

Preparation

In a 2-cup measuring cup, dissolve bouillon in boiling water. Add all other ingredients and stir to blend.
Serve with steak, roast beef or other cuts of beef.
May also be used as a French dip.
