Chocolate Covered Cherries - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box powdered sugar (plus extra to coat hands)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
1 (8 oz.) jar maraschino cherries
1 (6 oz.) jar maraschino cherries
1/2 block paraffin
1 (6 oz.) chocolate chips

Preparation

Combine cream cheese, vanilla and salt.
Work with your warm hands until it is creamed together.
Pinch and roll into tiny balls.
Drain cherries \"very\" well.
Melt paraffin and chocolate chips together. in the top of a double boiler while you wrap each ball around a cherry.
Dip each ball in chocolate and put on wax paper.
