Sausage Curry Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    4 tsp. curry powder
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 large eggs
    1/2 c. chopped onions
Preparation
    Prepare single pie crust and refrigerate.
    Cook sausage (chopped and crumbled) until brown and remove to a bowl.
    Drain all fat from skillet.
    Return 1 tablespoon and saute onions and celery 5 minutes.
    Stir in curry.
    Heat 2 to 3 minutes and return sausage mix and heat 2 to 3 minutes.
    Put into chilled pie crust.
