Dill Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. vinegar
    1 c. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 qt. water
    1 tsp. dill seed
Preparation
    Boil vinegar, water and salt.
    Pack cucumbers in jars, adding dill seed and garlic powder.
    Fill jars with vinegar mixture.
    Let set 10 to 14 days, then eat.
