Crab Imperial - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
3/4 c. onion, finely chopped
3/4 c. celery, finely chopped
1/4 c. butter
1 1/4 c. milk or half and half
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. ketchup
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. white wine
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
salt, white pepper, lemon juice and Tabasco sauce to taste
Preparation

Saut onion and celery in butter. Add flour, milk, mayonnaise, ketchup, bread crumbs, wine, lemon juice, parsley and other seasonings. Stir in crab meat and mix well. Mixture can be put in individual shells or casserole. Put a few bread crumbs on top and dot with a little butter. Heat at 375\u00b0 until bubbly and slightly brown.
