Brandied Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 boneless and skinless breasts, halved
    3/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. powdered ginger
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
    1/4 c. brandy
Preparation
    Wash and pat dry chicken.
    Dip in flour and brown slowly in electric frypan in small amount of oil.
    Combine melted orange juice and spices; pour over chicken.
    Add brandy and simmer slowly or until chicken is tender.
    Add water or more brandy if needed. Serve over rice.
