Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sliced Jack cheese
    2 (4 oz.) cans whole green chilies, seeded
    2 Tbsp. flour
    8 eggs
    1 small can Pet milk
Preparation
    Butter and flour a 9 x 10-inch glass pan.
    Layer half the chilies on the bottom.
    Top with half of the cheese and dot with butter; sprinkle 1 tablespoon flour over it.
    Repeat with remaining ingredients.
    Just before cooking, beat eggs until frothy and add milk.
    Pour over the chilies and cheese, lifting them gently to allow eggs to circulate.
    Place on cookie sheet and bake for 45 minutes or until the eggs are set at 350\u00b0.
