Open Face Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. flour
    juice and rind of 1 lemon
    3 whole eggs, beaten well
Preparation
    Melt butter; add sugar, flour, lemon juice and rind.
    Mix well.
    Add beaten eggs.
    Turn into unbaked pie crust.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
    Yields one 9-inch pie.
