Mexican Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. melted butter
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
    1 c. cottage cheese
    2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Grease a 12-inch pizza pan.
    Set aside.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. In a medium bowl, combine flour, salt and melted butter.
    Stir in eggs, chiles, cottage cheese and Jack cheese.
    Pour evenly into greased pan.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until firm and lightly brown. Cut into thin wedges.
    Makes 16 to 18 pieces.
