Baked Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. potato chip crumbs (4 c. whole chips)
3 c. diced cold chicken
1 1/2 c. diced celery
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. almonds
1 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
1 slice lemon, seeded and peeled
1/2 small onion
Preparation

Grease a 2-quart casserole.
Crumble potato chips in blender; set aside.
Put chicken and celery in casserole.
Put mayonnaise, cheese, lemon and onion into blender.
Cover and process until smooth.
Add almonds and process only until chopped.
Pour over chicken and celery mix.
Sprinkle chips over top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
