Uncooked Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. seeded raisins
1 lb. pitted dates
1 lb. black walnuts, pecans
1 lb. candied cherries
1 lb. orange peel
1 lb. pineapple
3/4 lb. citron
1/2 lb. small marshmallows
1/4 lb. lemon or grapefruit peel
1 lb. graham crackers
1 can evaporated milk (1 1/3 c.)
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
fruit is crystallized
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Press into pan lined with waxed paper.
Decorate with candied fruit.
Refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving.
Wrap securely; store in refrigerator.
Will keep several weeks.
