Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

4 thick pork chops (1 1/2-inches)
2 apples, unpeeled, cored and chopped
1/2 c. raisins
3/4 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
2 Tbsp. melted butter
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. beef broth
Preparation

Trim off excess fat from pork chops.
Make a slit to form a pocked in fat end of each pork chop.
