Mexican Corn Bread And Ground Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 c. corn meal
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 large onion
    1/2 lb. cheese
    3 jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    Beat eggs; mix corn meal, eggs, milk, soda, salt and corn. Set aside. Saute ground meat in 2 teaspoons oil; drain grease. Prepare place in separate mounds chopped onions, grated cheese and chopped peppers. Grease large skillet.
    Sprinkle 2 teaspoons corn meal in skillet; let brown. Pour 1/2 of batter in skillet. Sprinkle cheese evenly over batter, then meat, onion and pepper on top. Pour remaining batter on top. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
