Watergate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

14 graham crackers (crumbs)
3 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. chopped nuts
1 baked crust
Preparation

Beat egg whites stiff, mix baking powder into sugar and add slowly to egg whites.
Add vanilla, fold in crumbs and nuts.
Pour into crust.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0, then put pie in refrigerator overnight (must be done).
Remove 10 or 15 minutes before serving with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
