Almond Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh, frozen or home-canned green beans
    1/2 c. slivered almonds or large pieces
    1/2 tsp. sea salt
    3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
    2 tsp. oat flour
    1/2 c. plain yogurt, sour cream or mashed tofu
    1 tsp. garlic-herb seasoning
Preparation
    Simmer green beans in salted water to cover for 15 minutes. Saute almonds in 1 tablespoon oil until lightly browned; remove. Add rest of oil to pan.
    Add flour to thicken.
    Stir constantly. Add yogurt.
    Mix until smooth.
    Cook until thickened.
    Add drained beans.
    Add other ingredients.
    Serve.
