Barbecue Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 lb. ground beef
2 c. bread crumbs
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. minced onion
1/4 c. minced green pepper
1/4 c. ketchup
1 Tbsp. horseradish
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Set out 2 cans tomato sauce.
Measure and set aside 1/4 cup of sauce.
Add remainder to water, vinegar, brown sugar, prepared mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Mix together and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients and the rest of tomato sauce.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours, basting several times with sauce.
