Hungarian Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. beef stew, cut into bite-size
2 Tbsp. or more paprika
2 large onions
2 to 3 Tbsp. bacon fat or oil
salt and pepper
Preparation

Heat fat or oil to smoking hot.
Add onions, stirring until they turn transparent.
Add meat, stirring until just changed to white.
Add paprika.
Cover with water and simmer until tender, about 1 1/2 hours.
