Cottage Cheese Griddle Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cottage cheese
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/4 c. white flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dry the cottage cheese by pressing down in a sieve and let it drain for 1 hour. Beat the eggs well in a mixing bowl.
    Add cottage cheese, butter, flour and salt.
    Mix only enough to blend.
