Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    3 eggs
    2 c. grated raw zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine oil, eggs, sugar, zucchini and vanilla in bowl; blend well.
    Stir in flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
    Do not beat.
    Stir in nuts.
    Spoon into 2 well-greased 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Makes 2 loaves.
