Ingredients

1 lb. pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
1 stick butter (I use less)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
16 oz. Cool Whip, softened
2 pkg. French vanilla pudding (instant)
3 c. milk
Preparation

Mix cookie crumbs with butter in bowl.
Reserve 1/2 cup crumb mixture; press remaining crumbs into 9 x 13-inch dish.
Combine pudding and milk.
Add cream cheese and Cool Whip.
Pour over cookie mixture.
Top with remaining crumb mixture; chill.
