Ingredients

1 pkg. Pillsbury fluffy white frosting mix
1/3 c. boiling water
1/2 c. flour
1 c. flaked, chopped or shredded coconut
1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Prepare frosting mix using 1/3 cup boiling water.
Blend thoroughly and beat at high speed until stiff peaks form that bend slightly.
Fold in flour, coconut and almond extract.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Do not overbake.
Remove from cookie sheet immediately.
Makes approximately 3 1/2 dozen.
