Potato Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. water
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. vinegar

Preparation

Combine the ingredients; cook over medium heat until bubbly. Stir occasionally.
Cool.
Cover surface with plastic wrap.
After cooled, stir in 1 cup mayonnaise.
