Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. white sugar
2/3 c. canned pumpkin
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. nutmeg, 1/4 tsp. ginger or 1 tsp. cinnamon (whichever you prefer)
chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream eggs and sugar until fluffy.
Add pumpkin, soda, spices and flour.
Pour into a greased and floured cookie tin.
Add as many chopped nuts on top as you like and bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Have a clean towel (dish towel fine) sprinkled with powdered sugar ready.
As soon as you remove cake from oven, turn onto towel and roll up like a jelly roll.
Let cool completely and unroll; fill with Cream Cheese Filling.
