Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. zucchini (sliced, cooked, drained and cooled)
    1 onion, finely chopped
    2 grated carrots
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 c. seasoned croutons
    Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Cook onion, carrots, garlic and oleo.
    Mix soup to this mixture.
    Add sour cream and croutons.
    Add the zucchini.
    Pour into a buttered casserole dish.
    If desired, sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
