Cream Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Quaker oats (uncooked)
    1/3 c. finely chopped nuts
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese (softened)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    sliced strawberries
Preparation
    Combine oats, nuts, brown sugar and margarine.
    Mix well. Firmly press onto bottom and sides of 9-inch pie pan forming a 1/2-inch rim around edge.
    Bake until lightly browned.
    Cool. Combine cheese, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla; beat at high speed until well blended.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Mix well.
    Pour in crust.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    Cool.
    Chill several hours before serving.
    Garnish with berries if desired.
