Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. salad oil
3 eggs
1 c. dates
1/2 c. coconut
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 small can crushed pineapple
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
Preparation

Mix in usual way.
Bake in greased and floured 10-inch tube pan at 325\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
