Egg Cheese Brunch Casserole(Serves 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices white bread (day or two old), trim crust and cube
    1 lb. Kraft sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 lb. hickory smoked turkey ham, cubed
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    6 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    7 large eggs or 8 smaller ones
    4 2/3 c. homogenized milk
    2 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place half of bread cubes in bottom of 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Layer 1/2 of the cheese, 1/2 of turkey ham and 1/2 of butter; repeat layers.
